Deliveries
Our regular delivery days are Monday - Saturday, from 10 am - 5:30 pm. If you need a delivery outside of these hours during our regular delivery days we would be more than happy to assist you. We will deliver on Sundays for an additional fee.
We do call all non business recipients in advance to ensure someone will be available to receive it. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries for specific times of the day if requested. We ask for a general 1-2 hour window. For specific timed deliveries, there will be an additional fee.
DELIVERY AREA
We deliver to Castle Rock, Larkspur and Parker daily. For deliveries going to Denver, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Englewood, Centennial, Lone Tree and surrounding areas, please contact us as there are additional delivery charges
HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
Due to the volume during specific holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day...) we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We do our best to get deliveries going to businesses out first and we do extend our residential delivery hours as necessary.
WIRE ORDER DELIVERIES
As we are not a member of large wire service companies, we are still able to assist you in sending flowers afar. For all "wire" orders, flowers will be supplied by a florist we will personally contact. We ask the florist to fill the order on how we would like the order to be designed, but of course cannot guarantee that it will be the specific style and design of Castle Pines Florist.

If we have any difficulties or questions with your order that we cannot resolve, for whatever reason, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail. Please be sure supply us with a contact phone number and e-mail address.
